Privacy

Privacy Policy

We collect only the information needed to match opportunities, deliver the service, support subscribers, and operate the business.

Effective August 9, 2026

1. Information we collect

We collect information you submit, such as business name, business email, website, services, work categories, service areas, typical contract size, certifications, and delivery preferences. If you choose to provide them, this may also include bidding-role preferences, bonding range, license and insurance qualifications, past-performance summaries, team capacity, and differentiators. Do not submit passwords, government identification numbers, financial account credentials, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

If you subscribe, we receive payment-related identifiers and subscription status from Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number.

Our service providers may also record basic technical information such as IP address, device or browser type, request time, pages visited, and security or diagnostic logs.

2. How we use information

We use information to create and improve company matches, deliver briefs and alerts, manage subscriptions, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, maintain security, analyze service performance, comply with law, and communicate material service changes.

3. AI-assisted bid intelligence

When a Pro subscriber asks us to build a bid brief, we may use an AI service provider to analyze public opportunity information and the company-profile information the subscriber supplied. Public-source research is performed separately from private company matching so the company profile is not included in public web-search queries. AI output may be incomplete or incorrect and must be verified against the controlling solicitation and issuer.

4. Service providers and disclosure

We disclose information only as reasonably needed to providers that help operate the service, including Stripe for payments and billing, Resend for email delivery, OpenAI for requested AI-assisted bid analysis, and hosting, database, security, analytics, and professional-service providers. These providers process information for their assigned functions under their own terms and privacy obligations.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect people or the service, to investigate fraud or misuse, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale where the recipient assumes appropriate privacy obligations. We do not sell business-profile information for third-party advertising.

5. Email choices

Opportunity and product emails include an unsubscribe method. You may also contact support. Unsubscribing from briefs does not necessarily stop receipts, billing notices, security messages, or direct responses to a request you made.

6. Retention

We retain profiles and subscription records while needed to provide the service and for legitimate business, tax, accounting, dispute, security, and legal purposes. We may retain limited records after an account or subscription ends when required or reasonably necessary.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards and keep payment credentials with Stripe. No online system can guarantee absolute security. Do not send Social Security numbers, bank credentials, bid-platform passwords, or other unnecessary sensitive information through a company profile or support email.

8. Your requests

You may ask to review, correct, or delete profile information, subject to identity verification and records we must retain. Send requests to support@arkansasbidsignal.com.

9. Children, changes, and jurisdiction

The service is designed for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as the service changes and will post a revised effective date. The service is operated from the United States, and information may be processed there.
