Refund and Cancellation Policy
We want subscribers to have a clear way to cancel and a reasonable opportunity to evaluate Bid Signal Pro.
Effective August 9, 2026
Initial purchase
You may request a full refund of your first Bid Signal Pro payment within 14 calendar days after purchase. The request must be sent from the subscriber email associated with the payment.
Annual renewals
You may request a full refund of an annual renewal within 7 calendar days after the renewal charge. After that period, renewal payments are non-refundable except when required by law or when we determine that a billing error occurred.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewal charges and normally leaves Pro access available through the end of the already-paid term. Outside the refund windows above, we do not provide prorated refunds for unused time.
How to request a cancellation or refund
Email support@arkansasbidsignal.com from the subscriber email and include the business name. Do not email card or bank-account numbers. When a Stripe billing-management link is available, you may also use it to cancel future renewal.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method. Banks and card issuers control when the credit appears, so it may take several business days after processing. Canceling a subscription is different from disputing a charge; please contact us first so we can investigate promptly.
