Terms of Service

These terms explain what Arkansas Bid Signal provides, how subscriptions work, and the responsibilities that remain with each bidder.

Effective August 9, 2026

1. Agreement and company

These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and Natural State Signals LLC, doing business as Arkansas Bid Signal. By creating a profile, purchasing a subscription, or using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. What the service provides

Arkansas Bid Signal monitors selected public sources, private planrooms, community postings, and other opportunity sources. We organize available information and may provide matching, summaries, requirements flags, change monitoring, reminders, and source links. Some paid features use AI-assisted research and analysis. Those outputs are decision-support tools, not professional, legal, engineering, estimating, or procurement advice.

We are an independent information service. We are not a government agency, procurement office, planroom, project owner, prime contractor, employment agency, or guarantor of any award. The original issuing organization and its current documents always control.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for verifying deadlines, addenda, qualifications, licensing, insurance, bonding, wage requirements, site conditions, scope, submission instructions, and all other requirements directly with the issuing source. You must provide accurate profile and contact information and make your own decision about whether to pursue an opportunity. AI-generated scores, summaries, checklists, and action plans can be incomplete or incorrect and do not replace review of the complete solicitation by qualified personnel.

4. Free and paid access

Free Signal may include a limited public brief, selected signals, source links, and a basic match preview. Bid Signal Pro currently costs $249 per year and includes the paid features described on the pricing page. We may improve or reasonably modify features as sources and the service evolve.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically each year until canceled. You authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method for the price and any applicable tax. We will disclose price changes before they apply to a future renewal.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel before the next renewal by using an available billing management link or contacting support@arkansasbidsignal.com. Access normally continues through the paid term. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

6. Communications

By requesting briefs or creating a profile, you authorize service and opportunity emails at the address provided. You may unsubscribe from marketing or opportunity emails, although transactional billing, security, and account messages may still be sent when needed.

7. Acceptable use

You may use the service for your own business purposes. You may not resell, republish, scrape, bulk-download, reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the service; bypass access controls; submit malicious content; or use the service unlawfully. You may share an individual opportunity internally with coworkers who are helping evaluate it.

8. Intellectual property and third-party sources

Natural State Signals LLC owns Arkansas Bid Signal’s branding, software, original organization, matching methods, and original content. Issuing organizations and other third parties retain their rights in source documents, names, and materials. Links to third-party services do not imply affiliation or endorsement.

9. Availability and disclaimers

We work to provide useful and timely signals, but sources can change, become unavailable, publish errors, or require registration. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise that every opportunity will be found, matched, delivered, accurate, available, or suitable, or that use of the service will produce revenue or an award.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Natural State Signals LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages, including losses caused by missed deadlines, reliance on source information, bid decisions, or third-party systems. Our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the fees you paid us during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.

11. Suspension, changes, and governing law

We may suspend access for nonpayment, security concerns, unlawful use, or material breach. We may update these terms and will post the new effective date. Arkansas law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes may be brought in courts with jurisdiction in Arkansas.
